We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Lead to join our team at Haywood Regional Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our patients, as well as supervising and directing physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical therapy needs, utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills.
- Direct and supervise physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Evaluate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices, and recommend modifications as needed.
- Identify and document patient goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
