Job Summary

The Americas Asset Servicing Senior Vice President will be responsible for driving the execution of Global Simplification and Standardization aligning to the Asset Servicing, Custody Ops and Citi strategy. This role requires a strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate internally and externally, often at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute risk reduction initiatives and proactive risk management tools, including executive dashboards, workflow, and exception management in partnership with Custody Ops Transformation team, Technology, Product, and Regional Asset Servicing Heads.
  • Define and execute the standards and best practices for Global Asset Servicing processes and controls, identifying any gaps, assessing the approach to close, and executing remediation to achieve global consistency.
  • Lead deep dive SME process and control reviews, partnering with regional Asset Servicing heads on the execution of achieving the Global standards and defining appropriate timeframes while proactively considering any impact to processing and clients.
  • Partner with BAU processing leads to drive the execution of the global simplification strategy.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of senior SME experience in Asset Services Operations.
  • Experience in strategic delivery preferred.
  • Strong communicator and ability to articulate complex scenarios into requirements.
  • Ability to partner and influence across levels and business areas.
