Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize Salesforce to create support tickets and track customer interactions
  • Assist with password resets and provide general support on our client's pay system
  • Work independently in a remote work environment and maintain excellent attendance
Requirements
  • 1 year of customer service or customer support experience required
  • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
  • Technical savvy and ability to work with multiple programs and dual monitors
  • Previous remote work from home experience a plus
  • Previous Salesforce experience a plus
  • Quick learner and able to work independently
  • Type 35 words per minute accurately
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required
What We Offer
  • Starting pay - $14/hour, plus shift differential and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
  • Work hours - Set Shift 9:00am-6:00pm (EST) Work Days - Mon-Fri
  • Paid Training - Typically 1 week in length from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST)
  • Status - Full Time 40 hours
