Inpatient Care Physician

ProTouch Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Physician to become part of a reputable and expanding medical practice. Our client is an independent community hospital that prides itself on delivering high-quality healthcare with a focus on local governance and a collaborative environment among physicians.
Position Overview:
- Availability to commence practice is essential.
- Must possess Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Full-time position with a balanced schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off, including a 24-hour call rotation.
- Experience collaborating with Nurse Practitioners to manage patient care during daytime hours and for admissions during evening shifts.
- Familiarity with electronic ICU services for consultative support.
- Ability to work alongside a robust team of specialists in various fields including Cardiology, Surgery, Neurology, and more.
- A mix of seasoned and newly trained physicians and Advanced Practice Providers is preferred.
- Interest in practicing in a community-focused setting that is recognized as a fulfilling place to work and raise a family.
- Capability to thrive in a supportive administrative environment with a history of long-term physician retention.
- Demonstrated ability to foster cooperative relationships with clinical departments such as Emergency Medicine, Laboratory, and Radiology.
- Appreciation for strong local backing of the Hospitalist program.
- Preferably experienced in an independent community hospital with solid financial health and modern facilities.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
