We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Deptford Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Collecting patient information and medical records
  • Recording patient health details, including vitals and temperature
  • Preparing patients for medical examinations and collecting test samples
  • Administering medications and injections as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Assisting patients with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Monitoring patient food and liquid intake and output
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be a team player with excellent communication skills
  • Hold a valid NJ State LPN license
  • Be in good standing with the State Registry
