Job Title: LPN (Pre Operative) Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Deptford Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our skilled nursing facility.

About the Role:
  • Collect patient information, medical records, and insurance details
  • Record patient health details, including vitals and temperature
  • Assist patients with preparing for medical examinations and collect test samples
  • Administer medications and injections as needed
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
  • Monitor patients' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
  • Valid NJ State LPN license
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry
  • Ability to work as a team member
