We are currently seeking committed Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care from New Orleans to Lafayette.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Healthcare Coordination: Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of quality care and restorative services that maximize resident health, functional capacity, and quality of life.
  • Nursing Care: Provide both direct and indirect nursing care, conduct resident assessments, and develop care plans.
Implement interventions and evaluate resident needs to ensure optimal care.Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing.
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Louisiana.
  • Current certification for Health Care Provider CPR.
Experience:
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience required.
  • Experience in longterm care and with residents in advanced stages of dementia is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capacity to lift and assist with resident transfers
Skills & Competencies:
  • Team-oriented with excellent direct care skills.
  • Professional interaction and strong communication abilities.
  • Competency in using MatricCare or EPIC
  • Attention to detail and dedication to completing tasks accurately and thoroughly.

  • Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing tasks with precision and thoroughness.
  • Dedicated: Committed to the organization's goals with integrity and loyalty.
