  • Complete initial assessments of patients and document accordingly

  • Document patient care and education provided
  • Recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Louisiana
  • Experience in collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Experience in ambulatory care setting preferred
Work Environment:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will work in a fast-paced, environmentally controlled indoor setting with exposure to disease or infections. The ideal candidate will be able to lift approximately 10-15 lbs., push, pull, stoop, bend, and stand as needed.
