Position Overview

NOVA Engineering is actively seeking a CMT Project Manager / Engineer (PE) to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing Special Inspection and Construction Materials Testing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate Special Inspection and Construction Materials Testing projects.
  • Supervise field personnel to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Conduct project engineering tasks including data analysis, report review, and documentation for various project types.
  • Perform field inspections, including but not limited to foundation assessments and subgrade evaluations.
  • Prepare detailed reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain ongoing client relations and provide consultation as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve company objectives.
  • Utilize Metafield software for daily project management tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction testing and inspections, specifically in soil, concrete, masonry, and asphalt.
  • Successful completion of the PE exam is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
