Job Title: Studio Assistant

Light Lounge - Arvada is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Studio Assistant to join our team. As a Studio Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client services, maintaining a clean and organized studio environment, and selling memberships to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the studio at all times, ensuring it is thoroughly cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Deliver a "wow" experience to current clients and prospects through phone, email, web forms, reviews, and social media.
  • Schedule members and clients in our scheduling system.
  • Sell memberships and packages to prospects who come in for trial sessions.
  • Use our scheduling point of sale system and customer relationship management system.
  • Support the Studio Manager and Franchisee with all studio and client needs.
Requirements:
  • A passion for health and wellness.
  • Excitement to learn about red light therapy and its benefits.
  • Motivation to work independently and efficiently.
  • Comfort and ability to sell memberships.
  • Able to execute daily studio checklists and perform thorough cleaning tasks.
  • Confidence in opening and closing the studio once trained.
Hours and Compensation:
  • This position will start with approximately 15-20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours.
  • Must be willing and able to work afternoons until 5pm and some Saturdays.
