Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Clinician to join our team at the Adolescent Center for Treatment (ACT) in Johnson County, Kansas. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide comprehensive clinical assessments, treatment planning, and individual, group, and family therapy services to adolescents in our 24-hour facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans to address the complex needs of adolescents
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to promote positive change and growth
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care coordination and service delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and resources to support comprehensive care
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client progress and services provided
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Kansas Behavioral Sciences licensure at the master's level or higher
  • One year of experience in the field of mental health or social work
