Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Clinician to join our team at the Adolescent Center for Treatment (ACT) in Johnson County, Kansas. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to adolescents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the complex needs of adolescents and their families.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to promote healthy coping mechanisms, improve relationships, and enhance overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and direct care staff, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and implement discharge plans, ensuring a smooth transition to post-discharge treatment services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Kansas Behavioral Sciences licensure at the master's level or higher.
  • One year of experience in the field, preferably in adolescent mental health services.
