Job Summary:

The Vending Machine Attendant is responsible for delivering products, stocking vending machines and micro markets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves working in a break room environment, interacting with customers, and maintaining a high level of customer service.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Lives and models Brown Group Companies' values in all interactions.
  • Ensures customer break rooms are stocked with all products.
  • Takes inventory as scheduled.
  • Collects money from machines and turns it in to the company.
  • Reports any information that can improve customer relationships to the supervisor.
  • Uses a handheld device to service machines and markets, ensuring accurate information entry.
  • Performs minor repairs and maintenance on vending machines.
  • Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive relationship with customers and their employees.


Physical Demands:
This role requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds continuously and 60 pounds intermittently. The individual must also be able to push/pull a cart weighing up to 260 pounds, bend, stoop, and climb frequently, and stand and walk for prolonged periods.

Work Environment:
The majority of the work is performed inside a building/break room. The individual may be exposed to cold, hot, and rainy conditions during delivery.
