Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Casino Attendant to join our team at Let It Fly South Dakota, LLC. As a Casino Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our casino floor, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean areas, rooms, and restrooms according to department procedures, and ensure that the facility meets housekeeping standards.
  • Trash and Waste Management: Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to waste areas.
  • Guest Support: Assist customers with slot machines, handle customer transactions, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Report maintenance and repair problems to the Supervisor and ensure that sanitation guidelines are maintained.
  • Slot Machine Maintenance: Clean and sanitize slot machines, and report malfunctions to the Supervisor.
  • Computer Systems: Operate a variety of computer systems as required.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be 21 years old.
  • Experience: Limited to no experience required; previous guest service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work quickly under pressure, follow directions and instructions, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Frequent walking and standing for entire length of shift, frequent bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying, and occasional lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
