Job Summary

Johnson Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients, including vital sign checks and medication administration.
  • Assist with maintaining a safe and clean environment, including cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent standing and walking, as well as the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. The successful candidate will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
