Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Specialist, your primary duties will include:



  • Conducting thorough cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment
  • Ensuring all areas are well-ventilated and free from dust and debris
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping
  • Restocking restroom supplies and ensuring adequate inventory levels
  • Removing trash and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned by management


Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or janitorial role preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
