Job Summary:

As a key member of the ABM Industries team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. This role involves providing cleaning and upkeep services for assigned areas, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, as well as dusting furniture and fixtures.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide cleaning and upkeep services for assigned areas
  • Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors
  • Dust furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds
  • Empty wastebaskets and clean windows and restrooms
  • Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as needed

Requirements:

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
