Reception and Intake Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reception and Intake Specialist to join our team at Gastineau Human Services Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client intake processes, and maintaining accurate records. A competitive salary of $25,500 - $37,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, preparing treatment plans, and coordinating with referral providers and community services. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, are essential for this role.
