Ginsberg's Foods is seeking a dedicated full-time Custodian/Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This role is essential for upholding the cleanliness and operational efficiency of our facility. The Custodian/Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks that ensure a safe and pleasant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility following a structured schedule.
  • Assist the Maintenance Mechanic with various maintenance duties, including corrective, preventive, and emergency tasks.
  • Conduct repairs within the facility, such as carpentry, painting, minor electrical work, and wall/floor maintenance.
  • Perform routine cleaning of warehouse floors, including sweeping, mopping, and using powered floor cleaning equipment.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour, with opportunities for annual performance-based raises and eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to comfortably lift up to 80lbs, as the role involves frequent lifting, standing, and bending.
