Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Harvard Maintenance. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, and drinking fountains
  • Empty trash, replace liners, and restock toilet tissue and other dispensers
  • Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, gum removal, dusting, and spot cleaning glass
  • Restock carts and closets at the end of each shift
  • Perform additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean-up work for trash and restroom concerns
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a janitorial or maintenance role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work assigned hours, including evenings and weekends
