Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Luthier to join our team as a Guitar Repair Specialist. This role involves providing exceptional maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, ensuring a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will interact with customers, maintain store inventory, complete warranty repair work, and engage in ongoing training to enhance their skills and knowledge of products and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to provide a positive experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with high-level craftsmanship
  • Maintain store-owned gear, as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and possess foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. Additional responsibilities may include assisting in maintenance of specific store inventory and continually building and increasing business through great customer experience and quality work.
