Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Part-time Experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Thunderbird Veterinary Hospital. Located in Norman, Oklahoma, we offer a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you can develop your skills and grow with us.

As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of the hospital reception area, greeting clients and patients, answering questions and triaging client concerns, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-year veterinary experience as a Receptionist
  • Compassionate, calm, team player, multi-tasker, and strong communicator
  • Highly organized with computer skills
  • A self-starter with a desire to advance knowledge and skillset

Salary and Benefits

$13.75-$14.25 per hour based on experience
