Performance Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and performance reporting to assess business performance, identify trends, and evaluate variances against budgeted expectations. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for management as required.

Regulatory Compliance and Auditing: Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls. Assist in coordinating external audits and provide support during audit engagements by preparing audit schedules and responding to inquiries.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements within the accounting function. Implement best practices and streamline workflows to optimize productivity and accuracy.

Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with other departments, including operations, human resources, and procurement, to gather financial information, resolve issues, and support organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification or progress towards certification is preferred but not mandatory.

3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, ideally in a corporate environment or public accounting firm.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP).

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
