About the Role:
Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team at Springhill Medical Center in Mobile, Alabama. As a Dietitian Nutritionist, you will play a critical role in providing nutritional care to patients and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nutritional care and support to patients across various inpatient units
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to educate and provide nutritional guidance
- Precept and mentor dietetic interns to ensure their success in the field
Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) credentials, with eligibility to register within 120 days of hire
- Master's degree in Nutrition or related field, with completion of required coursework and supervised practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the organization
