Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing medical procedures
  • Conduct vital sign checks and document patient information
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Arkansas
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
