As a key point of contact for new patients, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment. Your responsibilities include greeting, directing, and scheduling patients and visitors while acting as a bridge between patients and support personnel. Your keen attention to detail will be essential in preparing patient records prior to check-in and maintaining an organized office environment. By accurately collecting and recording patient information, you will have the chance to deliver exceptional, compassionate customer service. As a representative for patients, you will assist them in understanding their financial obligations, available services, and more.

What We Seek:

Experience

Minimum of 2 years in customer service.
Strong customer service and computer proficiency.

Preferred:
At least 2 years of registration experience in a healthcare environment.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Understanding of insurance and third-party reimbursement processes.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
