Role Summary:
Under the direct guidance of the Production Manager, the Production Utility plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive support for various technical facets of production at Insignia Event Services. This encompasses logistical assistance for all home football games, as well as on-site and off-site events associated with the Arizona Cardinals, in addition to numerous activities conducted at State Farm Stadium.
The Production Utility is tasked with the operation of power tools and heavy machinery, managing lifts and carts, and providing essential production assistance. Responsibilities also include equipment maintenance and repair, along with timely reporting to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the technical staging production needs for Arizona Cardinals Home Games and events at State Farm Stadium and Dignity Health Arizona Cardinals Training Facility.
- Participate in regular safety meetings.
- Accurately document all shifts and communicate with management.
- Comprehend the safe operation of machinery, including forklifts and flatbeds.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace, free from hazardous materials.
- Utilize safe lifting techniques and personal protective equipment.
- Possess reliable transportation.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications:
- OSHA Certification is advantageous.
- Experience or certification in operating forklifts and aerial lifts is preferred.
- Rigging experience or certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with trucks and trailers is beneficial.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player.
- Ability to meet deadlines in live event settings and content creation.
- Capable of working in moderate to loud noise environments.
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods.
