Role Summary
- Seeking a Business Analyst with a solid background in the Financial Crimes sector, including knowledge of Enterprise Client Risk Reporting (ECRR), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Sanctions Screening, along with familiarity with Actimize tools.
- Proficient in SQL, capable of crafting complex queries and performing data analysis across various databases such as Oracle, Sybase, Hadoop, and SQL Server.
- Experience as a Scrum Master is essential, with the ability to lead scrum ceremonies while fulfilling the responsibilities of a Lead Business Analyst.
- Background in Capital Markets is preferred.
- Proven track record of collaborating with managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Skilled in drafting User Stories, Business Requirements, and Functional Requirements documentation.
- Competent in developing UML diagrams and source-to-target documentation.
- Extensive experience in SQL writing and data analysis.
- Knowledgeable in AML, KYC, Sanctions Screening, and Actimize tools, with a strong understanding of Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and Risk Scoring.
- Experience in fulfilling the role of Scrum Master and conducting various scrum ceremonies.
