Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Financial Crimes Technology to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AML function and processes, as well as experience working with development teams independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Financial Crimes Technology team to analyze and improve AML processes
* Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies
* Lead daily stand-ups for Agile squads and facilitate communication among team members
* Develop and maintain client-facing reports using data analysis and migration skills
* Coordinate with Business Owners, Infrastructure, and technology teams to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of AML function and processes
* Experience working with development teams independently
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to learn complex applications and technologies
* Strong coordination and liaising experience
* Familiarity with IT tech stacks, including Front End Languages, Databases, Cloud, and API
* Experience with JIRA/Remedy tool and Agile/DevOps/ITIL practices
