  • Manage phone calls efficiently, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.
  • Verify member check-ins, sign them up for group classes, and direct prospective members to the membership department.
  • Ring up purchases on the POS system, handle transactions accurately, and provide change when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to high standards of professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
  • 6 months' experience in customer service within the health club, retail, hospitality, or food service industry.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with multiple phone lines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; current CPR/AED certification also mandatory.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $40-$45 per hour, based on location and other relevant factors.
