Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
  • Take restaurant reservations and maintain the reservation book
  • Be aware of events and weddings that require closures and communicate effectively with the team
  • Prepare restaurant tables with attention to sanitation and order
  • Remove dishes, silverware, glassware, and other items when guests are finished
  • Clear all table items after guests have left the table
  • Perform closing duties and side work before the end of the shift
  • Support other Front-of-House positions as needed to provide a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
  • Food Handler's/ServSafe Certification
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic
  • Understanding of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Attention to cleanliness and safety
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
