Job Title: Health Education and Promotion Specialist

At Foxconn-PCE Technology, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health Education and Promotion Specialist to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in advancing the health and well-being of our employees by overseeing the day-to-day operations of health education and promotion programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health education and promotion training programs based on evidence-based strategies and best practices.
  • Assess health and wellness needs, analyze results, and create content and activities to address identified needs.
  • Collect, input, and analyze statistical data for program planning, reporting, and evaluation to maximize program engagement.
  • Coordinate the delivery of services to ensure a high quality of professional service and maintain corporate standards.
  • Act as a lead instructor for DIH training center's various health education programs and oversee the implementation of the program offering.
  • Develop and lead effective health education and promotion events using evidence from needs assessment and research on best practices.
  • Research and develop relevant training programs, materials, SOPs, and presentations for the DIH training center and assist instructors in the delivery of training as needed.
  • Remain current on research and trends in response to the changing health and social landscapes.
  • Assist the Senior Manager of Employee Health and Wellness in monitoring and overseeing budget activity and purchase requests for assigned programs.
Requirements:
  • BS in public health, health education, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate wellness, health promotion, and health education.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Public speaking skills and presentation skills are highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated individual with a relentless inner drive to produce the best results.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with and organize people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
