Nursing Assistant II

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursing Assistant II to join our team at South Central Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care by collecting, monitoring, and reporting information and responding to basic needs
- Promote patient engagement by considering specific needs, values, and preferences
- Promote continuity of care by reporting activities, incidents, and changing patient needs to next caregiver
- Demonstrate infection prevention behaviors, consistent hand washing, and use of appropriate PPEs
- Recognize safety risks and communicate to RN/LPN regarding falls, skin breakdown, and injury
- Currently enrolled in the ADN/BSN RN program of an accredited School of Nursing Program and continuing education toward nursing licensure
- Completed 3rd semester and in 4th or 5th semester of the RN program
- Effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to provide instructions and education
