Service Center Operations Manager

As a key member of our team at Arrow Exterminators, you will oversee all aspects of Service Center operations, ensuring uncompromised service to customers and team members. Your commitment to our Vision, Mission, and Core Values will drive our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage revenue, sales, profit, and human resource activities
  • Ensure compliance with product labels, licensing, and company policies
  • Drive commitments within your team to provide uncompromised customer service
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage daily and monthly production goals
  • Create a positive sales culture that facilitates the achievement of Service Center goals
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable processes
  • Assess and negotiate customer warranty claims
  • Manage payroll and HR-required activities
  • Regularly lead performance feedback and reviews
  • Maintain records within company and government guidelines
  • Manage fleet, equipment, and material inventory
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain Service center cleanliness and cosmetics
  • Troubleshoot customer accounts and manage after-hours calls
  • Effectively operate internal applications and software

Requirements:
  • Ability to pass state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
  • Accessible after hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Working with wild animals, including raccoons, possums, rats, mice, snakes, bats, flying squirrels, and grey squirrels
  • Exposure to vegetation, dust, dirt, insects, and animal remains
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and withstand extreme temperatures
