Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op to join our team as a New Product Development Engineer. This role will provide opportunities to work on exciting projects, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and develop design proposals for new products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review concepts, prototypes, and designs
  • Perform automation equipment design and development
  • Develop and implement new products and processing technologies
  • Conduct part failure analysis and identify root causes
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to improve the product development process
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a graduation date of May 2025 or later
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modeling and drawing)
  • Manual dexterity and basic knowledge of tools
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
