We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Intern to join our team at El Paso Children's Hospital. As a Radiology Intern, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Diagnostic Imaging Services to patients of varying ages.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of Diagnostic Imaging Services and procedures under the direction of a shift supervisor or licensed radiology technician.
- Complete all associated tasks and responsibilities necessary to manage patient care needs while patients are in the department or units for procedures.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
- Develop effective oral and written communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification.
- Enrolled in the clinical portion of an approved/accredited Radiological Technology Program.
