Job Summary:

The Customer Service Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with Creative Financial Staffing. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Assist customers with product/service questions, order placements, returns, and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies, as well as maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Track and follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction, and document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction, and meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with experience with specific software a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, with flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
