Network Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Manager to join our team at InSearch. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the planning, deployment, and management of network infrastructure
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement network security policies and procedures
  • Design and implement WAN/LAN networks, ensuring high availability and redundancy
  • Manage network traffic and performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role, with a focus on network management
  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Aruba Clear Pass, and other network security solutions
  • Knowledge of Cisco UCS, NetApp storage, VMware, and other enterprise network technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange Hybrid, Intune MDM, and other Microsoft solutions
  • Strong budgeting and project management skills

Relocation Requirements:
