Senior Architectural Associate/BIM Designer

At SNIPEBRIDGE, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Associate/BIM Designer to join our team. As a key contributor, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our creative design and technical production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and develop innovative designs for various projects, from idea to execution.
  • Evolve design concepts through phases, utilizing Revit 3D BIM modeling with high accuracy and precision.
  • Develop architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details for organized submissions.
  • Contribute to firm-wide Revit standards, model management, and technical support.
  • Prepare complex project drawings using advanced architecture principles and techniques.
  • Review project drawings and assist in establishing milestones and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with staff members and design principals on design approach and details.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of post-bachelor degree Architecture firm experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Organized, detail-oriented self-starter with expertise in contemporary architectural design software.
  • Thorough knowledge of architectural building systems and ability to create technical drawings and 3D models.
  • Proven track record working with internal design teams and/or agencies to elevate quality and deliverables.
  • Team player with collaboration and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate quality and thoroughness in all aspects of work performed.
