As an Intake Specialist, you will provide exceptional service by gathering detailed information for attorney review, following up on documentation, assisting with the sign-up process, and delivering a compassionate client experience.

About the Role:
An award-winning law firm is looking for a skilled professional to handle high-volume communication with prospective clients over the phone, email, chat, and web. The ideal candidate will have previous legal intake experience at a law firm that handles personal injury, product liability, mass tort, or medical malpractice cases. Strong client service skills and knowledge of medical and insurance concepts are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle initial inquiries from prospective clients
  • Gather detailed information for attorney review
  • Follow up on documentation and assist with the sign-up process
  • Deliver a compassionate client experience through multiple communication channels

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous legal intake experience at a law firm
  • Strong client service skills and knowledge of medical and insurance concepts
  • Experience working in a high-volume contact center environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
