Job Summary

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth at LensCrafters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating existing customer relationships, building new ones, and providing personalized recommendations to patients and customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with patients and customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest optical products and technologies, and utilize this knowledge to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings to patients and customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients in selecting frames, coordinating frames with optical measurements, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with peers, management, doctors, and support staff to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Skills: Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
