Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, controlling expenses, and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform other tasks that require manual dexterity.
