About the Role

As a Financial Services Sales Representative at Lincoln Financial Group, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining business relationships with advisors who market our products and services. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed established individual and team sales goals, helping advisors provide the right solutions to their clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our Annuities products, services, and operational structure to identify and target sales growth opportunities.
  • Provide product and illustration sales support on Lincoln's products and services to assigned advisors, registered representatives, brokers, and plan sponsors/participants.
  • Build and maintain business relationships through effective communication with internal and external stakeholders in a customer-centric and professional manner.
  • Identify, recommend, and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • FINRA SIE License - must obtain within 120 days.
  • FINRA Series 6 License - must obtain within 120 days.
  • FINRA Series 63 License - must obtain within 120 days (if required by state).
  • Resident Life and Health insurance licenses - must obtain within 120 days.
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) - minimum required.
  • Sales or customer service experience (nice-to-have).

Pay range: $42,300 - $75,500. Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors, including work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency, and qualifications required for the role.
