Key Responsibilities:
- Support the overall management of store operations and lead a dedicated team of over 40 staff members to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests.
- Drive excellence in product quality and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and training.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, providing comprehensive training to enhance customer service skills.
- Manage expenses, inventory ordering, and local marketing initiatives to boost sales and foster customer loyalty.
- Act as a brand ambassador, implementing strategies that promote repeat business.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of management experience in the QSR sector, focusing on team recruitment, development, and motivation.
- Proficient in team scheduling, productivity management, food ordering systems, and cash handling.
- Strong background in executing sales promotions and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- ServSafe certification is required.
- Availability for a flexible work schedule, including a 5-day management workweek totaling 49 hours, with a combination of day and mid-shifts.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000, paid weekly, along with a monthly bonus structure between $500 and $700. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a profit-sharing plan, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, and 14 days of paid time off, including 3 paid holidays.
