Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care and support our patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Associates in Nursing Required
- Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days
