Pharmacy Customer Service Representative

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized service and support in our pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with prescription pickups, returns, and exchanges.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our pharmacy systems.
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer questions about our offerings.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and inventory areas.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Good math skills and attention to detail for accurate prescription filling.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
