SAP ECC Business Systems Analyst Job Description

Momento USA LLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving change and fostering innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with GIS teams to understand and support their operational requirements, developing and integrating interface solutions from SAP ECC to SAP S/4.
  • Ability to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics) and their interdependencies in solution design, build & test phases.
  • Collaborate with the BU & GIS in leveraging various Operations Planning & Execution systems (SAP ECC, Custom applications in SAP ECC, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, BI/Dashboards, etc.) to enable the organization's future-state business capabilities.
  • Tracking and driving tasks to closure and escalate as required.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience writing software requirements and test specifications.
  • Ability to understand business functionality and translate into business use cases.
  • Strong understanding of basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and system architecture standards.
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases including:
  • Planning (Blueprint and Spec)
  • Designing (Writing Specs and prototyping)
  • Test Plans (Unit Testing and User acceptance testing)
  • Training/Documentation (Roll-out)
  • Cut-over Project Closure (Post-Mortem)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated cross functional dependencies expertise.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the skills and ability to build effective and productive relationships within and outside the immediate team.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years overall SAP experience with 3+ years of experience with MM, PP, SD (VC).
  • Plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to deploy capabilities.
  • Have led in at least one end-to-end project, that included: Analysis, design, configuration, development build, test, and deployment, including training and data conversion.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or with limited direction.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Previous Experience with SAP S/4.
  • Conversion experience from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 and other applications a plus.
