We are seeking a skilled Histology Technician to join our team on a PRN basis in Dallas, Texas. As a Histology Technician, you will be responsible for performing microtomy and/or embedding tasks in a histology lab setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have completed on-the-job histology training or documented formal histology training.
  • Maintains appropriate continuing education for certification if applicable.
  • Minimum of one year experience working in a histology lab, performing microtomy and/or embedding is required.
  • ASCP certification is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of histology techniques and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
