Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in a float position. As a float nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations and departments, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient units
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Valid RN license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
  • 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a float or travel nurse role
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Travel Requirements
