Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (06:30 - 18:00)
Guaranteed Hours: 3, 12-hour shifts - 36 hours in one workweek
Experience: Minimum 18 months required
License: IN or compact license required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; NIH preferred
Must-Have: Neuro and oncology experience preferred
Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse in our PCU unit, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. You will work with a team of experienced nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our patients and their families.
Ratios: MedSurg 1:5-6; PCU 1:3-4
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
On-call is not required.
Floating: Travelers will float within scope to meet facility needs.
Special Requirements: PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown; interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, accessing ports, starting IVs.
Additional Experience: Central Line Care/Management, monitoring chemotherapy.
Scrub Color: Red top, black bottoms.
Charting System: Cerner.
Orientation: 12 hours non-billable.
